You’re probably here because someone in a local group mentioned us, or you came across this page while looking into concrete work for your home. Either way, welcome. NXT Level Concrete Solutions is based right here in the Albuquerque area, and we put this page together specifically for people in our local online community, the kind of information you’d actually want before deciding who to call.
We’re not interested in pressuring anyone into a project they’re not ready for.
We’d rather you understand what goes into good concrete work so that whoever you hire, including us, gets held to a higher standard.

Your driveway takes a beating: daily vehicle weight, temperature swings, and our regional freeze-thaw cycles all add up over time. The difference between a driveway that lasts 25-plus years and one that cracks within five usually comes down to what happens before the concrete is even poured: proper excavation, a compacted base, correctly placed control joints, and the right mix for our climate. We handle new installations and full replacements, and we're glad to explain our process step by step.

A patio is where a lot of everyday life happens, so it's worth getting right. We pour patios built to handle furniture weight, foot traffic, and local weather without cracking prematurely. Want something decorative? We can incorporate stamped patterns, exposed aggregate, or color. Prefer simple and functional? That works too. The goal is a patio that fits how you'll actually use the space.

Walkways don't get talked about much, but an uneven, cracked, or poorly sloped one is more than a cosmetic problem. It can become a real safety issue, especially at night or for older visitors. We pour walkways that are properly sloped for drainage, reinforced where needed, and finished to match the rest of your property, whether it's a single path to your front door or a more extensive layout.

Stamped concrete gives you the visual texture of stone, brick, or slate at a lower cost and with less long-term upkeep than those materials. A pattern is pressed into the concrete while it's still workable, then color and sealer are applied once it cures. Quality comes down to timing, installer skill, and how well the surface is maintained afterward. Ask us about pattern and color options if this is something you're considering.

Not every concrete problem means tearing everything out. Cracks, surface spalling, and minor settling can often be repaired in a way that meaningfully extends the life of your existing concrete. That said, repair isn't always the right move. Sometimes a crack is cosmetic. Sometimes it points to a sub-base issue that will keep causing problems until it's properly addressed. We'll tell you plainly which situation you're in before recommending a fix.
We keep this simple on purpose:
That’s it. If it’s not a fit, no hard feelings.
Yes. We’ll come take a look at your project in person before giving you a number, since accurate pricing depends on site conditions like access, grading, and existing concrete to remove.
It depends on size and scope, but most residential driveway and patio projects take a few days from prep to finished pour, plus curing time before full use. We’ll give you a specific timeline once we’ve seen the site.
Permit requirements depend on the type and scope of the project. We’ll let you know if your specific job requires one and can help guide you through that process.
Reach out and we’ll go over the details with you directly.

A properly compacted base is the single biggest factor in whether concrete lasts. Rushed or skipped base prep is the most common reason driveways and patios fail early, more so than the concrete mix itself.
Curing time matters too. Concrete typically needs around 28 days to reach full strength, and a contractor who pushes traffic or heavy loads onto it too soon is setting you up for cracking down the road.
Beyond that, a few practical questions are worth asking anyone you’re considering: Are they licensed and insured? What does their warranty actually cover, and for how long? Will you get a written estimate with a clear scope before work begins, including materials, timeline, and payment terms?
You don’t have to take our word for any of this. Ask us, and ask whoever else you’re considering, the same questions side by side.

I know my wife gave a review already but I needed to leave one as well. I had a big job done. Brand new roof, siding, and gutters. And these guys kept everything running smoothly from start to finish. Kit, the owner, even followed up personally to apologize for a few weather delays, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see an owner that involved and down to earth. The work came out beautiful, and the entire team was respectful and professional throughout the whole process.Posted on Google![]()
